In 1903 Mooroopna was described in the Australian Handbook as a township with telegraph, savings bank, and money order office and a railway station on the Goulburn Valley Line. Fast forward to today and Mooroopna is a much-loved town with a broad main street, nestled amongst thriving orchards.
The town features extensive bike and walking paths, local shops & cafes, community centres and a performing arts centre (Westside).
